Varsity Tennis continues its winning ways as it marches towards another District Championship! The team put in a dominatinting performance last night against Denton Ryan HS. The varsity netters came out firing on all cylinders early and swept the Raiders in all doubles matches garnering a 7-0 lead after doubles play. Both boys and girls squads kept the pressure on and raised their level of play in the singles matches, winning every remaining match that was played. When the dust had settled, the Eagles shut out the Raiders by the score of 24 matches to zero!

The team is now 14-1 for the fall season and 5-0 in district play with sole possession of first place as the district season comes to a close. Next week, the Eagles will take the court in their final district match against Birdville High School at AHS on Tuesday at 4PM.
