REQUIRED ONLINE ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION FORMS

All student-athletes in grades 7-12 are required to submit online athletic participation forms annually through the Rank One Sport website. More information regarding Middle School athletics and required forms can be found on the Middle School Athletics Page. STUDENTS NEW TO ARGYLE ISD

Students who are new to Argyle ISD will not be able to submit electronic forms until they have been issued an Argyle ISD Student ID number. If you have an ID number but still can not submit the forms, please contact Kelli Perkins at kelli.perkins@argyleisd.com or 940-262-7777 ext. 21910
