The Lady Eagles scored a 2nd place finish at the Ray Braswell Invitational this morning, earning a total of 97 points.
The first runner to cross for the Lady Eagles was freshman Annee Binning, who ran a new PR of 18:33.75. This finish moved her from #5 to #3 all time on the record board for the Lady Eagles.
Next was freshman Presley Skaggs, who ran 19:12.26 for 8th. She was followed by junior Madison Chapman, who placed 10th overall, running a season best of 19:32.82. Next for the Lady Eagles was sophomore Everlee Muckensturm, who ran 20:26 for 30th. Rounding out the team score was freshman Grace Barnard, who ran a new PR of 21:08.66 for 46th.
Also competing were sophomore Addisyn McNatt and freshman Harper Bedford. McNatt ran a season best time of 21:29.91 for 53rd, while Bedford ran a new PR of 22:34 for 82nd.
Next week, the Lady Eagles will compete at the Byron Nelson Invitational on Saturday, September 26th.
