It was a great day for the Lady Eagles, who took on one of the toughest courses of the season. They placed 13th out of 27 teams.


The team was led by junior Ariana Hernandez, who placed 20th, completing the course in a time of 24:08. Next was freshman Chloe Matwijiw, who ran 24:39 for 24th. The third runner for the Lady Eagles was Jordan Augenstein, who placed 37th with a time of 25:22. Next was freshman Bella Moes, who placed 134th. She completed the course in 28:03. Rounding out the team score was sophomore Chloe Rose, placing 179th with 29:32.


Next week, the Lady Eagles will compete on Thursday morning at the Denton Braswell Little “D” Classic.
