It was another great week for Lady Eagles XC! Many personal bests were run on a muddy course with tough competition.

The JV Lady Eagles XC Team placed 14th out of 22 teams. The team was led by freshman Jordan Augenstein, who took minutes off her 5K time once again. She ran a new PR of 23:50 to place 92nd. Following closely was junior Ariana Hernandez, who took almost a minute off of her previous PR. She completed the course in 23:53 to place 96th. Freshman Chloe Matwijiw was the third runner for the Lady Eagles, placing 100th. She ran 24:00 to beat her previous PR by 45 seconds. The fourth scoring member, junior London Fry, ran a new personal best of 24:08 to place 107th. Making her debut with Argyle XC and rounding out the team score was sophomore Payton Major. She placed 145th, and completed the course in 24:51; a new PR for her as well.

Also competing for the Lady Eagles was freshman Bella Moes, who took another minute and a half off of her time. She ran 25:07 to place 153rd. The seventh runner for the team was sophomore Chloe Rose, who completed the course in 27:44 to take 220th.

Next Saturday, the Lady Eagles will compete at the Lovejoy Fall XC Festival.
