The Lady Eagles competed at the Decatur Reunion Run this Saturday morning. The JV team placed 5th overall, behind Keller, Marcus, Weatherford, and Southlake Carroll.

Leading the team was junior Adelyn Smith, who placed 22nd with a time of 23:14. Close behind her was freshman Karson Riewerts, who ran a new PR of 23:33 to place 29th. Freshman Keira Brassell also ran a personal best time of 24:36 placing 44th. Sophomore Ariana Hernandez ran 24:51 to place 47th. Rounding out the team score was senior Maura Journagan, who completed the course in 25:06 to place 52nd. Also competing for the Lady Eagles were freshman Morgan Doremus (70th), sophomore Zayra Villalobos Hernandez (50th), freshman Samantha Wheatfall (86th), junior Julia Conway (94th), and sophomore London Fry (103rd). They ran times of 26:12, 26:17, 27:39, 28:16, and 28:54 respectively.
