The Lady Eagles finished their inaugural season in class 5A in the UIL State Tournament at White Wing Golf Club at Sun City in Georgetown, Texas. Argyle finished in a tie for 7th place. Alamo Heights won the championship, Montgomery finished 2nd, and Lake Creek in 3rd. The Central Texas weather was beautiful, minus one short afternoon shower that caused a delay for the final groups on the course of day one.

Senior Madison Wert led the Lady Eagles with a 9th-place finish shooting a pair of 75s for a 150 total. Madison finished her senior year with a scoring average of 75.58 to set a new school scoring record.

Kate Rendon shot a great round of 78, followed by Ryan Purczynski’s 83, Ana Edwards’ 94, and Colbie Moses’ 104. The team score of 330 had the ladies sitting in 8th place after round one.

In round two, the ladies caught Frisco Wakeland by shooting a team score of 332 to finish in a tie for 7th. Rendon shot an 82, Purczynski an 85, Edwards shot 90, and Moses shot a 98.
