The Lady Eagles started the long weekend by competing at the Marcus Coach T Invitational this morning.
First up in the Elite Varsity race was freshman Presley Skaggs, who placed 39th with a personal best of 19:04, putting her at Argyle’s number 4 all-time best performance in the 5k.
Next was Junior Madison Chapman, who ran 20:10 for 98th.
Also competing were sophomore Addisyn McNatt and freshman Hadley Hanson, who placed 246th and 248th, running 22:31 and 22:35 respectively.
In the Varsity open race, junior Jordan Augenstein competed for the Lady Eagles, finishing 137th with a time of 23:26.
Next Saturday, they will compete at the Fort Worth Boswell Invitational.
