It was a GREAT day for the Lady Eagles XC team at the 41st Lukes Locker Greenhill Relays! The team, consisting of junior Madison Chapman, freshman Annee Binning, sophomore Everlee Muckensturm, and freshman Presley Skaggs, placed 6th overall with a time of 38:02. Skaggs ran the final leg, finishing the mile and a half distance in a 9:04 split. This team bested the previous year’s place and time of 16th and 41:36 respectively.
The second relay, consisting of freshman Hadley Hanson, sophomore Addisyn McNatt, junior Morgan Castleberry, and freshman Grace Barnard placed 26th, finishing the course in a time of 42:10.
Next week, the Lady Eagles will compete at the Marcus Coach T invitational on Saturday, September 5th.
