The Lady Eagles competed at the Flower Mound Invitational this morning, where they placed 8th overall with a score of 189 points.
The team was led by Presley Skaggs, who placed 18th overall with a time of 12:34. Next was junior Madison Chapman, who ran 12:58 for 26th. The third runner for the Lady Eagles was sophomore Everlee Muckensturm, who finished in 33rd with a time of 13:03. She was followed by sophomore Tiana Noshin, who ran 13:50 for 63rd. Rounding out the team score was freshman Hadley Hanson, who placed 67th with 13:59.
Also competing was junior Morgan Castleberry, who placed 69th with a new PR of 14:06. The next runners for the Lady Eagles were sophomore Addisyn McNatt and freshman Harper Bedford. Both runners ran 14:17, finishing in 75th and 76th respectively.
Sophomore Grace DeFilippo was the next finisher, running 13:51 for 83rd. She was followed by the trio of freshman Shelby Hoeft, senior Ava Rogers, and junior Jordan Augenstein. Hoeft ran 15:02 for 88th, Rogers ran 15:03 for 89th, and Augenstein finished in a time of 15:07 for 90th.
Next week, the Lady Eagles will compete at the 41st Annual Greenhill Relays at Norbuck Park.
