The JV Lady Eagles competed at the Braswell Little D Invitational this morning, placing 10th overall as a team.
Leading the way was freshman Maci Shelton, who placed 19th with a new PR of 21:31.50. Next was sophomore Jordan Augenstein, running a time of 22:38.23 for 40th. Not far behind was junior Ava Rogers, who placed 55th with a time of 24:49.96. Next was freshman Nicole Wilger, who placed 124th, running 24:21.32. Rounding out the team score was junior Morgan Doremus, who ran 24:37.06 for 136th.
Next, running a new PR of 24:46.91 was senior Lola Ola, who placed 142nd. In 175th was freshman Assia El Attar. She also ran a new personal best, clocking 25:40.85 at the finish line. Freshman Summer Rhine finished the race in 26:12.04, placing 195th. Next was the duo of senior London Fry and junior Sri Sahasra Tiyyagura. They placed 200th and 201st, running 26:15.72 and 26:16.04 respectively.
Making her debut with the Lady Eagles was freshman Josephine Brown, who ran a new personal best of 26:31.91 for 214th. Also earning a new PR was junior Sirine El Attar, who finished the race in 27:11.80 to place 240th. Next was junior Molly Balzer, who placed 249th with a new PR of 27:18.46. Also competing was junior Reese Hennigan, who placed 280th with a time of 28:50.11.
Next week, the JV Lady Eagles will compete on Thursday, September 25th at the Decatur Reunion Run.
