The Lady Eagles XC Team competed at the Marcus Coach T Invitational this morning.
The Varsity team was led by sophomore Madison Chapman. She ran a new PR of 20:07 to place 28th overall. She was followed by freshman Everlee Muckensturm, completing her first 5k in 20:21 to take 38th.
The next runner for the Lady Eagles was senior Emerson Payne, who ran a new personal best of 20:51 to place 59th. Freshman Tiana Noshin made her debut in the 5k, running 22:07 to place 167th. Rounding out the team score was freshman Addisyn McNatt, placing 183rd, and running 22:20 for her first 5k.
Also competing were sophomore Morgan Castleberry and junior Ava Rogers. Castleberry ran 23:07 for 222nd, and Rogers completed her first 5k in 23:14 for 227th.
The team placed 13th overall, and will compete at the Southlake Invitational at Bob Jones Park next Saturday.
