Team Inflatables/Victory Bells/Air Horns
Set up visiting team inflatables on the southeast side of the field. Visiting teams should bring a generator to power their inflatable. Parent volunteers will handle the inflatable setup, removal, and relocation to the bleachers. These volunteers should receive a credential for field access.
Visiting Band, Students, Drill, and Cheer
The visiting band, drill, and cheer buses will park and unload in the gated lot south of the stadium, which offers direct access to the visiting stands and sidelines. The visiting band will be seated in sections M and N of the visiting bleachers. Due to limited seating, the visiting cheer, drill teams, and color guard will be on the track for games with large visiting crowds.
Field Policies
Individuals not dressed in school-issued uniforms standing on the sideline must always wear the proper credentials.
EAGLE STADIUM CREDENTIALS
Everyone authorized to access the field or press box must visibly wear the appropriate Argyle ISD-issued credential, except for students, coaches, and directors in uniform. Press members can pick up media credentials at the Will Call booth next to the main entrance gate.
Band Volunteers
Each band director will receive 25 credentials for parent volunteers to access the field for the halftime performance and two media credentials for press box and film deck access to announce and video the halftime show.
Field Credentials
Each Head Football Coach will receive credentials for individuals not in uniform and the coach's guests. The Head Football Coach will assign these credentials. For questions about credentials, contact Nathan Moses, Stadium Director. Home team volunteers and guests must check in at Will Call.
Endzone Eagles
Due to limited space in the general seating sections, Argyle High School staff will sit behind the north end zone in the green area. Staff members must check in at the gate with AISD administration to receive credentials for field-level access.
