Welcome to Argyle Eagle Stadium. This guide includes information you will need for your upcoming high school football game at Eagle Stadium. Please pay special attention to the stadium bag policy.

Team Information

Arrival & Unloading

  • Enter through the main Argyle Middle School parking lot.
  • All visiting buses (team, band, cheer, drill) unload in the gated lot south of the stadium.
  • AISD staff will direct buses into the lot and provide direct access to the visiting field house, sideline, and band seating.
  • Teams may access the field 2 hours before kickoff.
  • Upon arrival, contact Nathan Moses for visiting field house entry badges.

Headset Communication

  • Each team is responsible for bringing their headset equipment.

Event Operations

  • Provide game-day operational details, such as locker room access times, sideline restrictions, halftime timing, and trainer location.

Fcilities

  • Clear Bag Policy is strictly enforced.

  • No outside food or drink, except for sealed water bottles.

  • The visiting field house holds approximately 60 players/coaches.

  • Additional restrooms are available near the main ticket booth.

  • Coach Caleb Perkins will provide fieldhouse access badges.

    Press Box

    • Visiting coaches: Visitor's press box.

    • Video crews: Film deck atop the home press box.

    • Visiting media/radio: Limited space in the visitor's press box.

    • Media Seats: Only three seats are available in the home press box and are reserved for print journalists. 

      Ticket Information

      • Sales open 8:00 AM Monday of game week
        Presale: $7 adults / $5 students

      • After 12:00 PM Friday: $8 for all tickets

      • All children over the age of 2 must have a ticket.
        Tickets are digital only via website or HomeTown Fan App.

      Inflateables, Air Horns, & Victory Bells

      • Visiting inflatables must be set up on the southeast corner of the field.

      • Bring a generator for power.

      • Parent volunteers must have field credentials for setup and breakdown.

      Visiting Band, Cheer, & Drill Teams

      • Unload in the south gated lot with direct access to the sideline/bleachers.

      • Band seating: Sections M & N in visitor bleachers.

      • For larger crowds, cheer/drill/color guard will be stationed on the track.

      Field Policies

      • Anyone on the sideline who is not in uniform must always have a visible credential.


      Eagle Stadium Credentials

      General Policy

      All field and press box access requires an Argyle ISD-issued credential, except for coaches, students, and directors in uniform.

      Band Volunteers

      • Each visiting band will receive:

        • 30 field credentials for halftime volunteers

        • 2 press/media credentials for announcer and videographer access

      Field Credentials

      • Visiting Head Coach will receive credentials for additional sideline staff and personal guests.

      • Home team volunteers must check in at the Will Call Booth. All home team volunteers and guests will complete the AISD Volunteer Background Check: https://argyleisd.quickapp.pro/apply/applicant/new/14696.

      Fan Information

      Gate

      • Gate: Gates will open an hour and a half before kickoff.

      Parking

      • General Admission: AMS lots east of the stadium

      • Overflow: Tennis court lot northeast of the stadium

      • Accessible Parking: Near home gate

      • Parking is NOT allowed on Harpole Rd north of the baseball field

      No re-entry is allowed after scanning your ticket.

      • Small clutch bags (max 4.5" × 6.5")
      • Portable stadium seats (no zippers or pockets)
      • Diaper bags (only with infant) — subject to search

      • Alcohol or disorderly conduct
      • Weapons, fireworks
      • Merchandise or food sales in stands
      • Trash not disposed of properly
      Unruly, disruptive, threatening, or impaired fans will be denied entry or removed.
